We recently refreshed the Tavoli Tote with a magnetic hoop closure and lighter colored interior. The leather for this lightweight leather shoulder bag was hand tanned Etruscan style in the heart of Tuscany to soften, patina, and develop a silky touch. Only vegetable extracts and natural oils were used to create rich, vibrant color and a tender, semi-gloss finish. The bag lining is durable beige canvas with the repeating pattern "Made in Italy" and the "Fleur-De-Lis" symbol which is the official emblem of Florence, Italy - where this bag was made. The combination of Italian vegetable tanned leather, Italian craftsmanship, and natural fabrics make our leather handbags high quality and lightweight.   The Tavoli Tote leather bag comes in six colors - Vecchio Brown, Tuscan Red, Olive (Honey) Brown, Purple, Green, and Black. Made in Italy.

Characteristics: This leather is stiff when new, but softens over time.  Our natural beeswax leather cream is recommended to soften, polish, and protect as needed.  This leather is real and has variations in color as a result of the artisanal tanning methods. Each leather hide is one of a kind. Small scratches can be polished out with leather cream or conditioner.
